Custom PCB Design
Every board we design starts with the constraints that actually matter: your enclosure dimensions, target unit cost, expected production volume and the environment the product will live in. We handle schematic capture, component selection, footprint verification, stack-up planning and layout in Altium Designer or KiCad, with design-for-manufacturing rules applied from the first placement — not bolted on before release.
We pay close attention to the details that separate a board that works on the bench from one that survives 50,000 units on an assembly line: creepage and clearance for your voltage class, thermal relief for power components, silkscreen legibility for line technicians, and panelization that keeps your assembly house's fab costs down.
